Alternative funerals
As fewer people want religious ceremonies the choice of how and where to hold funerals is expanding. Most pubs or hotels will accommodate the Wake but they can also be a venue!
One big advantage of this is the time frame. The crematoria have fixed time slots which can mean not everyone having the chance to contribute what they would like in the time available.

More people are choosing to have a celebration of life, something they can actually attend, a party, where they can say goodbye in their own very unique way.
